I was talking with family over the weekend about how far transplants have came over the years, from the first human heart transplant in 1967, the first face transplant this decade and recently, a double arm transplant on a wounded soldier.
I just watched this short interview with Professor Sergio Canavero, discussing the build up to this ground breaking operation.
There has been some controversy around this procedure, I personally think if it can give someone a better quality of life then it can only be a good thing. What are your thoughts?
